Pittsburg Pops 2014 Season at the historic California Theatre

Pittsburg Pops 2014 Season The Pittsburg Pops 2014 season is upon us, and this year the concert series will be housed at the beautifully restored California Theatre in Old Town Pittsburg. The current event schedule is as follows: June 21: The Best Intentions Motown Revue. July 12: Shane Dwight rock and blues guitar. August 16: Marcus Shelby Jazz Orchestra featuring Faye Carol  (they will also present a special pre-show workshop and lecture in the Pittsburg Library Community Room) September 20: Rolando Morales, Latin/Flamenco All shows begin at 8 p.m. Individual ticket prices begin at $15 and can be purchased at the California Theatre Box Office at 351 Railroad Avenue, by telephone at 925-427-1611, or online by visiting the theatre’s website.
