Costumes will be judges on the following criteria: Most Creative, Scariest, Cutest, Most Recycles (best use of items)
Also, costumes will be judged overall as Most Outstanding by Age: Infant-3 & 4, 6 & 7, 12 & 13, 15 & 16, 19+
All entries will receive a gift bag.
