I grew up in Pittsburg and having been raised in the area, i grew up to love the quaintness of a small town.

In 1983 I moved to East Los Angeles to take a job opportunity as a Bus Operator with Rapid Transit District (RTD). After retiring, I moved back to Pittsburg to reconnect with my roots. After seeing the downtown redevelopment, I was inspired to visualize a potential business venture.

In 2007 I became the proprietor of Pineda’s Sports Bar. The best par of the business is bringing the energy of the local community together to watch seasonal sports games.
